This page presents some pictures from the raids of the Mad Wanderer guild. There are only some samples, I haven't been able to participate on all raids we did, and on the ones I did wasn't always taking pictures. Note that the images are aggressively compressed to save bandwidth.
The gathering for the raid into Dalnir was well organized. Half an hour before the scheduled time, members were already trickling into the Warslik's Woods zone and the tunnels into Dalnir. There was some trouble as Meeffo fell deep in the Dreadlands zone, due to a levitate of mine failing in the most inappropriate moment *blush*. At last we plunged into the Dalnir dungeon. Groups were assigned by level distribution. There was a bit of a confusion as a GM suddenly appeared in the middle of us. But it seems that he had taken care of an entirely disconnected matter.
Advancing through the Temple, we quickly went down to level two. The pool room was cleared in short time. We pulled some and there was quite a lot of action, so I haven't been able to take any pictures at that time. Some confusion about pulling procedures led to the sad death of the group of lower levels. Thanks to the gracious help of Meeffo, we got the all back to action in short time. We advanced to the Church on third level, taking everything down in our path. The church was ours, in fact there was some leisure we spent jumping hurdles with the benches and messing around in general :-) So we advanced to pay a visit to the Overseer
A totally unanticipated problem occured when our meat hill Greevous tried to use the secret passage. He got stuck and would not fit through no matter what. No shaman was available to solve that problem. So he came up with an ingenious solution, if a bit on the melee side. You can guess at the procedure when you take a look on picture of the the successful solution. After that had been taken care of, we advanced to the dining room and prepared to pull the Overseer. And we DID IT! We took him down with no great problems.
It was a successful raid, and I had lot of excitement and learned much about the dungeon. All who weren't there missed a good four hours of exquisite fun and action. Happy Wandering!
